  • All Cozy Wildflower Creations items are handmade. We aim to be as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to minor differences or yarn dye lots. There may be slight variations in color, size and texture. This makes each item unique and is not considered a defective item.

 

Orders and Pricing

  • Orders can be placed directly on the Cozy Wildflower Creations website using the checkout system.
  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping informations. If the incorrect information is provided, please contact cozywildflowercreations@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and corrected information.
  • We resume the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or if the order contains errors.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
  • all orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated processing times are provided on product listings. Custom order items may require additional time depending on order volume.
  • Shipping times and costs vary based on location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages or damage during transit caused by shipping carriers.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • Since all products are handmade, Cozy Wildflower Creations does not accept general returns or exchanges. 
  • Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by case basis. Please contact cozywildflowercreations@gmail.com with any issues regarding your order. We will try to provide a friendly and fair solution.
  • Any return shipping cost will be paid by purchaser.
